Building Success 2
Building Success 2 is a unique training resource, written specifically to support the ILM Level 2 Certificate and Introductory Certificate in Team Leading, and the Level 2 S/NVQ in Team Leading. It enables current or potential team leaders to develop the knowledge and skills they need to be effective in this demanding role.
Building Success 2 can be customised for individuals, to develop the knowledge and skills they need to be effective team leaders. This flexibility is designed into the structure of the materials and the innovative delivery format.
The structure
Building Success 2 consists of 115 individual sessions, each of which has been designed to meet the needs of specific segments of the ILM Level 2 Team Leading qualifications and the Level 2 S/NVQ in Team Leading. Because of the unique way that Building Success 2 is presented, you can access the sessions by either type of qualification and select them by ILM Team Leading segment or by Level S/NVQ Unit.
Each session covers a specific topic, and is designed to be completed in about thirty to forty minutes. The sessions introduce and explore the topic, illustrate it through case studies and examples, and provide self-assessment and review activities to check understanding and application.
The format
Building Success 2 offers the flexibility of paper-based learning resources which means that team leaders can use Building Success 2 wherever they are, whenever it is convenient to them. To see what we mean, download the following sessions and try them out for yourself:

Building Success 2 uses up-to-date communications technology to cut your costs to the bone. All 115 sessions are supplied Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) files on one CD-ROM for only £395 + VAT. (A copy of Acrobat Reader is supplied free on each disk or you can download Adobe Acrobat from the Adobe website).
You receive a licence to print out as many sessions of Building Success 2 as your team leaders need, and create unique learning packages just for them. There is no limit to the number of times you can print out a session for your organisation's use, subject to certain simple conditions.
